Bookings may be made online, by e-mail, letter or telephone.
If we have to find an alternative room, there may be a cost payable by you. All in house courses are priced for a maximum of 12 students.
By booking any course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In the case of physical skills courses it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that candidates are free from any condition which would affect their capability.
If the course is to be held in your own premises please ensure that there is sufficient space, light and seating, tables are not required for first aid courses.
Practical demonstration and participation is required including delegates lying on the floor. If you are unsure please contact us for advice.
Full payment to be made no later than 14 days from training date.
Cancellations after 14 days before training date will be charged at 50% of training cost.
Cancellations after 7 days before training date will be charged at 100% of training cost.
Certificates and assessments will be sent on receipt of full payment.
All training and advice given by Cornwall First Aid & Fire Safety is done by following guidelines provided by the appropriate councils.
